Common questions

More in the help center.

Does it cost anything to find a pro?

No. Searching and contacting businesses is free, and you don’t need an account to do it.

Why do some listings appear first?

Businesses on paid plans can appear higher, and businesses can promote a listing for a set run. Promoted listings carry a badge wherever they appear, so you can always tell.

Do I have to pay to claim my listing?

No. Claiming is free on the Listed plan. Paid plans are optional and add more to your page.

How long does review take?

Our team reviews claims and new listings by hand. If something is holding yours up, send us a note and we’ll look.
